Barre Fusion classes!

Science meets experience in these classes. The combination of high reps and light weights sculpting and toning head to toe. Compound, low-impact movements, stabilizing muscles, functional strength with a little bit of cardio and a meditative yoga practice at the end helps bring clarity and focus to our busy lives.

PERSONAL TRAINING 

One on one sessions involve high attention detail... making sure form takes precedence over function. Too often, compromising form can cost us injury, further inflammation, and bad habits. Having a check and balance there to support you can make all the difference. Accountability is key to success!  

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS 

Besides a yoga mat, and water, everything else is provided. A variety of props are used including weights, bands, ball, yoga straps, sliders, et, al. come prepared to sweat!
